The company was founded 1997 in Germany and since then we experienced an excessive growth. Today, we are one of the leading head-hunter institutes in the international market, and exclusively specialized in executive search for Board members, C-Level positions and specialists for the middle management.

The company is internationally represented. A Spanish branch office was opened in the year 2000. This was the beginning of the internationalization of hunting heads. Within in the following years a worldwide distribution of hunting heads took place in Europe, North and South America as well as Asia.
