Experteer Overview In this role you will lead strategic testing initiatives for large, high‑risk programs within Sim Corp’s Testing Services. You’ll advise clients and internal leaders on quality, risk and delivery, shaping testing strategies and ensuring early defect detection. You will drive improvements in test automation, incident handling, and capability development, contributing to a mature, client‑focused testing practice. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead strategic analysis of complex requirements and guide testing direction across initiatives Act as senior trusted advisor to clients and internal leadership on quality, risk, and testing investments Define and evolve testing strategies and quality frameworks aligned with standards and client expectations Synthesize test outcomes and risks into actionable insights for executive decisions Lead incident and defect management with root‑cause analysis and cross‑team alignment Contribute to capability development and best practices across the Testing Services team Take project leadership to define scope, maintain track, and optimize delivery Responsabilità Educational background in STEM or Finance Financial knowledge in investment banking and accounting Experience in Front Office, Back Office, Accounting processes or Financial Transaction Workflows 8-10 years in software testing or similar Coding experience (C# preferred; Python/Java Script/Power Shell welcome) or strong tech‑savviness Experience creating test automation scripts and scenarios Experience with versioning control (Git/Azure Dev Ops) Hands‑on Agile methodology experience Strong analytical judgment and ability to translate complexity into direction Fluency in English (min.
