Collaborate to implement Real‑Time Data Tools and predictive tools (process monitoring, AI/ML models, real‑time dashboards). Translate business requirements into actionable IT solutions, providing technical guidance and leveraging extensive industry and product knowledge. Serve as a subject‑matter expert in manufacturing IT for MES and Real‑Time Data Tools, managing systems lifecycles, including planning, deliverable management, timeline management and stakeholder communication. Proactively support the integration between IT and OT solutions. Collaborate with Global CSV Team for the validation of the implemented solutions. Guarantee the expected level of service and adapt the solutions to be proposed and implemented based on the required level, through corrective and adaptive actions from time to time.

Qualifications and need‑to‑know

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or STEM fields. 3+ years in Pharma / Biopharma, specializing in MES, complex projects, digitalization, and manufacturing technology. At least basic knowledge of LIMS, QMS. It is a plus, advanced skills in MES Werum Pas‑X and knowledge of Process Automation/DCS and data historians. Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 and ISA‑95 standards. Professional English proficiency (B2+). Project Manager experience with project governance and performance monitoring; PMP certification is a plus. Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and change management skills in regulated settings. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

EHS Facilities Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that the organization follow all relevant safety standards. Will work with management to identify hazards, develop plans to mitigate those hazards, and implement these plans on an ongoing basis.

Will coordinate the activities of the Risk Prevention and Protection Service ensuring the execution of the tasks assigned as ASPP as per D.Lgs. 81/2008. Will identify critical processes for the environment, safety and health at work, identify hazards, estimate risks and assess them;
