Responsabilità principali
  • Negoziare, sottoscrivere e gestire contratti di fornitura per utilities e servizi, monitorando l’approvvigionamento di materiali e attrezzature.
  • Coordinare e supervisionare interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria.
  • Ottimizzare il rapporto costo/beneficio dei servizi generali, con focus su energy saving e green economy.
  • Contribuire allo sviluppo aziendale in ambito ESG, definendo e monitorando standard operativi sostenibili.
  • Supportare il Servizio Retail Development nelle ricerche immobiliari per nuove aperture.
  • Partecipare a progetti di aperture, trasferimenti e restyling store, coordinando gli attori coinvolti e rispettando i budget.
  • Rapportarsi con general contractors, locatori, amministrazioni locali e sovrintendenze.
  • Affiancare il Responsabile del Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione e il Servizio HR nella gestione della Salute e Sicurezza sul lavoro.
  • Coordinare e supervisionare servizi di pulizia, sicurezza e portierato.
Requisiti
  • Laurea in Architettura, Ingegneria o disciplina affine.
  • Almeno 4 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo in aziende strutturate, preferibilmente del settore commercio, GDO o retail.
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare MS Excel.
  • Solida conoscenza dei principali software di progettazione.
  • Conoscenze normative in materia di Ambiente, Salute e Sicurezza (EHS).
  • Eccellenti capacità di analisi, pianificazione e organizzazione, con forte mindset imprenditoriale.
  • Spiccate capacità relazionali e di team working.

About the role

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of myPOS within Modena, working closely with local businesses and helping them discover smarter, simpler ways to manage their payments.

This is a field-based role where you’ll spend most of your time meeting merchants in person, understanding their day-to-day challenges, and recommending solutions that genuinely add value to their business. You’ll have the autonomy to plan your territory, build relationships, and grow your pipeline, while being supported by a collaborative team behind you.

What you’ll do
  • Proactively identify and approach new business opportunities within the territory of Modena
  • Meet merchants face‑to‑face to understand their needs and present tailored myPOS solutions
  • Deliver clear, practical product demonstrations and guide clients through the benefits step by step
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to negotiation and closing
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with your clients to ensure satisfaction and growth
  • Plan your schedule and territory independently to prioritize high‑potential opportunities
  • Represent myPOS professionally at local events, trade fairs, and within the wider business community
This role is perfect for you if you have
  • 2‑5+ years of experience in B2B or field sales, with a successful track record
  • Confidence approaching new businesses and starting conversations with decision makers in person
  • A consultative mindset and genuine curiosity about understanding each client’s needs before offering solutions
  • The ability to build trust quickly and create long‑term relationships
  • The independence and organization to manage your own schedule, territory, and priorities effectively
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within your region
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Experience in fintech, payments, telecom, or relevant environments (a plus, not a must)

Responsibilities

The Senior Buyer Industrial is responsible for leading and supporting all purchasing activities across multiple material categories, with a primary focus on forgings, castings, and machined forgings/castings within the gearbox and components scope. The role contributes to the definition and deployment of commodity strategies for the assigned suppliers and sub‑categories, ensuring alignment with technical, quality, and commercial requirements. The Buyer ensures the achievement of required quality, delivery performance, cost efficiency, technical features, sustainability standards, and risk management. The position oversees global sourcing activities, follows established processes, and delivers results at consolidated commodity level. The Buyer leads negotiations and agreement finalization, securing competitive and sustainable purchasing conditions across all assigned material categories.

Requirements

Education: University bachelor degree in Mechanical Eng., Management Eng. or Economics.

Professional background:

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk and additional training as a business administrator, or comparable training or a completed degree in business administration or a comparable degree.
  • More than 3 years of professional experience in purchasing (preferred in industrial multinational environment).
