Le figure saranno inserite nel cantiere di Busseto - Fiorenzuola (PC) per attività di assemblaggio, montaggio e smontaggio di strutture e componenti meccanici secondo disegni e specifiche tecniche, oltre a operazioni di carpenteria leggera e pesante, saldatura e fissaggio componenti.
Requisiti:
Esperienza pregressa in impianti industriali, preferibilmente nel settore Oil&Gas, metanodotti o progetti analoghi;
Competenze nell'assemblaggio e montaggio meccanico;
Capacità di eseguire attività di carpenteria e saldatura;
Possesso delle qualifiche, patenti e attestati richiesti dalla mansione.
Si offre possibilità di essere assunti a tempo indeterminato alla conclusione del progetto per successivo inserimento su altri progetti in Italia o all'estero.

Familiarità con software di calcolo come Midas Gen, SAP2000;

Requisiti Aggiuntivi

Master di II livello in ingegneria strutturale e/o sismica;

Familiarità con il metodo e gli strumenti BIM.

**Your key responsibilities**

•

Lead and coordinate process commissioning and start-up activities, support and supervise plant validation and qualification activities in compliance with GMP and FDA regulations, ensuring all systems and equipment are installed and operating according to design specifications.

Monitor process performance and KPIs (OEE, scrap rates, yields, performance) and implement improvements to achieve operational targets for quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

•

Identify continuous improvement opportunities (Lean manufacturing) and oversee their implementation

•

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, maintenance, quality, SHE) to identify and resolve issues that arise during production, including equipment malfunctions and process deviations.

•

Create, update and approve P&ID’s, mass and energy balances, and process technical specifications also participating in PSAs, HAZOPs and Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA).
