Product Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop graphic designs for main collections, special projects, and collaborations.
- Research and interpret seasonal trends across cycling, sportswear, and lifestyle design scenes.
- Partner with the Creative Director to explore and develop multiple design and graphic options.
- Build and maintain accurate, production‑ready artwork files, specifications, and factory‑ready communications.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Product Development team on sampling, development and execution.
- Review and approve samples to ensure design intent, quality, and brand standards are met, driving alignment reviews with Creative, Product, and Leadership teams.
- Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects, ensuring work is delivered on time.
- Support the Marketing Team with graphic assets as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in product‑focused roles within sport, performance, or lifestyle brands.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Understanding of rendering tools; experience with KeyShot is a plus.
- Strong sensibility for color, trends, materials and design innovation.
- Solid knowledge of graphic and print design for physical products, including production‑ready artwork, print methods, materials, and execution constraints.
- Design‑driven and detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to balance creative exploration with precise execution.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and excellent command of English.
- Passion for cycling and sports products.
The role is based at MET HQ in Talamona, Italy. Remote applications will not be considered.
