The team is staffed 24 x 7 onsite with Critical Facilities Engineers (CFEs) working on shift and reporting to a Chief Engineer. Your Profile
<p>Qualifications and skills to help you succeed. We are seeking a results-driven Global Account Manager, who is ready to take on the challenge of growing and developing accounts in the home appliance sector by understanding customer needs and delivering innovative solutions. Proactive and entrepreneurial, you take ownership of your accounts, identifying opportunities, driving revenue, and tackling challenges to deliver results. You inspire collaboration and ensure teams work cohesively to achieve shared goals.</p>
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in <b>Electronics Engineering</b> or a related field</li>
<li><b>5-10 years</b> of a first experience in sales as an account manager – with experience supporting large, complex accounts in the <b>semiconductor </b>and/or<b> home appliances market</b></li>
<li>Strong collaborative mindset with a focus on fostering <b>teamwork</b> and maintaining <b>accountability</b> to deliver results in a global environment</li>
<li>Proven ability to <b>adapt, grow, and succeed</b> within a large organizational structure</li>
<li>Ability to establish relationship from <b>working level to C-level</b> at customers</li>
<li>Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally within Europe</li>
<li>Excellent <b>communication </b>skills in <b>Italian</b> and <b>English</b></li>
