La risorsa di occuperà di:
- assistenza clienti
- analisi ordini d'acquisto
- formulazione offerte personalizzate e supporto alle fasi logistiche
- gestione problematiche clienti e la loro risoluzione
- elaborazione dei saldi e fatturazione attiva delle attività di servizio
- tenere un registro delle interazioni, delle transazioni, dei commenti e dei reclami dei clienti.

Requisiti:
- la conoscenza dell'inglese, plus sono il francese e il tedesco
- Esperienza pregressa e positiva di lavoro con i key account e con l'organizzazione di vendita
- Esperienza nelle vendite

- Ottime capacità di problem solving
