La risorsa si occuperà di:
- raccogliere le informazioni e confrontarsi con i clienti
- fornire assistenza e supporto, mail o telefonica, di primo livello ai clienti
- coordinare e o organizzare gli interventi tecnici presso i clienti italiani ed esteri
- collaborare e supportare i colleghi dei dipartimenti Service e Analitico in ottica di customer oriented
- gestire e archiviare la documentazione tecnica
- attività di back office e inserimento dati a gestionale (SAP)
Si richiede:
- diploma o laurea in ambito chimico - scientifico o scienze alimentari
- esperienza in ruolo analogo presso aziende specializzate nella produzione di strumenti analitici e/o apparecchiature da laboratorio
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- ottime doti comunicative, capacità di ascolto, serietà e proattività e spiccato orientamento a cliente
- ottime capacità organizzative e di problem solving
- ottimo uso PC, gradita conoscenza gestionale SAP
- disponibilità full time
