Monitora la raccolta degli ordini provenienti da clienti e venditori tramite APP, telefono o mail nel rispetto dei tempi e delle modalità previste dal processo. È responsabile della puntuale verifica sulla correttezza degli ordini
Controlla la corretta esecuzione dei processi correlati all'ordine: cauzioni differite, bloccate o rimaste aperte, puntualità di evasione e la completezza dell'ordine.

Responsabilità:

- Accogliere e assistere i clienti all'arrivo presso l'azienda
- Gestire le pratiche di accettazione e registrazione dei veicoli
- Fornire informazioni sulle procedure e i servizi disponibili
- Collaborare con il personale interno per garantire un'esperienza di accoglienza di alta qualità
- Risolvere eventuali reclami o problemi dei clienti in modo tempestivo ed efficace

Requisiti:

- Diploma di scuola superiore o equivalente
- Esperienza pregressa nel settore dell'accoglienza o del customer service, preferibilmente nel settore automotive
- Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali
- Orientamento al cliente e capacità di lavorare in team
- Conoscenza di base degli strumenti informatici

Sede di lavoro: Pesaro (l'azienda offre la possibilità di un primo affiancamento su Ancona con vitto e alloggio per poi spostare la sede definitiva su Pesaro).

Contratto: Assunzione diretta presso l'azienda

Orario di lavoro: Full-time dal lunedì al venerdì con possibilità di qualche sabato mattina
