Obiettivo:

REQUISITI:

Spiccata predisposizione al contatto e alla collaborazione con i colleghi
Comprovata esperienza di almeno tre anni nella gestione delle risorse umane

MONTATORE MECCANICO
La risorsa si occuperà del montaggio di macchinari industriali seguendo il disegno meccanico, in sede e presso i clienti. Nel rispetto delle procedure di qualità, sarà responsabile del corretto montaggio secondo le indicazioni del responsabile. Avrà inoltre il compito di monitorare e registrare eventuali anomalie, difetti o ritardi. Dovrà collaborare in stretta sinergia con i colleghi per poter garantire la conclusione del processo nei tempi richiesti.
I requisiti per partecipare alla selezione sono:
lettura del disegno meccanico
utilizzo di macchine utensili
capacità di gestione ed organizzazione delle attività in autonomia nel rispetto delle tempistiche
disponibilità a svolgere trasferte presso clienti esteri
preferibile aver maturato esperienza nel ruolo, ma si valutano anche profili con diploma tecnico alla prima esperienza
SI OFFRE: inserimento a tempo indeterminato/determinato o somministrazione, livello e RAL da definire in base alle richieste ed esperienze della risorsa

Si dovrà occuperà di:
Effettuare l'aggiornamento dell'anagrafica di ciascun dipendente sul gestionale Zucchetti e la gestione delle presenze dei dipendenti, controllando la quadratura dei dati ed intervenendo sulle eventuali anomalie;
Assicurare la corretta e completa archiviazione della documentazione di ciascun dipendente e verificare il rispetto del regolamento aziendale, attraverso analisi specifiche;
Gestire trasferte e note spese;
Interfacciarsi con i dipendenti per offrire loro supporto sulle tematiche quotidiane inerenti l'amministrazione del personale (es. spiegazioni dati su cedolini, contratti etc....);
Monitorare le scadenze periodiche riferendo ai Responsabili gerarchici e di funzione
Si richiede:
Esperienza 2-3 anni, preferibilmente all'interno di studi di consulenza/studi paghe o presso aziende strutturate
Buona conoscenza del diritto del lavoro e della contrattazione collettiva, preferibilmente del CCNL per i dipendenti da aziende del Terziario della Distribuzione e dei Servizi
Buona conoscenza di almeno un gestionale per la gestione delle presenze e la gestione del personale (presenze, permessi, ferie, trasferte, note spese, statistiche)
Buona padronanza del pacchetto Office e dei principali tool informatici (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc..)
Precisione, puntualità e capacità di gestione delle priorità e delle scadenze
Si offre contratto iniziale in somministrazione di 1 anno iniziale, finalizzato all'assunzione diretta da parte dell'azienda
CCNL COMMERCIO, RAL 25-30K, da definire in base all'esperienza + ticket
Orario full time 9/18 dal lunedì al venerdì
