As a Tender Contract Analyst, you will be - in a Chemical Pharmaceutical Company - in the development, implementation, and maintenance of direct end-customer bids, contracts, pricing agreements, and contract analysis. - Investigate any discrepancies between prices quoted by our customers and those loaded on our systems. Respond quickly to enable shipment of products and proactively analyze recurring root causes to drive efficiency gains.
- Animate the tender team in regular follow-up meetings to anticipate problems and elaborate alternative plans if needed. Bring bid updates, discuss potential issues, and share alternative solutions.
- Set objectives and provide advice and guidance to Commercial team members as needed.
- Coordinate the tender process for customers in the public and private sectors.
- Ensure compliance with the company's policies, processes, and procedures regarding tender submissions.
- Master the main aspects of the offer (and potentially lead): Technical Proposal, Purchasing topics, contractual aspects, schedule, risks, commercial environment, cash flow, etc.
- Monitor the possibility of yearly price increases and the status of contracts, following up with the sales teams (e.g., signed or not by the customer, prolongation needed, cancellation, etc.).
- Manage the customer contracts database.
- Drive the process for all Italian business units and submission of tender or contract responses.
- Escalate pricing-related matters if no timely commercial response has been received.
- Ensure all price discrepancies are resolved within the defined service level agreement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, or Legal Sciences.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required. Ability to learn new systems.
