Un requisito fondamentale è l'ottima conoscenza della lingua INGLESE e la conoscenza di una delle seguenti lingue:

TEDESCO, OLANDESE o FRANCESE


Nello specifico la risorsa si occuperà di:

• Ricevere, controllare e qualificare la richieste;

• Coordinare la comunicazione tra i concessionari / Clienti, il marchio e i reparti coinvolti nel processo;

• Incrementare le problematiche all'interno del marchio e delle funzioni centrali (assistenza per parti e prodotti) per ridurre il più possibile i tempi di inattività del cliente;

• Fornire follow-up sullo stato del fascicolo a rivenditori / clienti.


Si offre contratto full time (40 ore settimanali) in somministrazione con possibilità di proroghe.

Parte dell'attività viene svolta in smart working.

Padronanza delle metodologie Agile, Scrum framework, nonché la conoscenza delle principali soluzioni per la gestione del backend e CMS (custom), della struttura di hosting e CDN Conoscenza dei processi Sales&Marketing settore Automotive
esperienza come Project Manager e/o Product Manager
Capacità di interazione con un pool di partner e fornitori di provenienza internazionale;
Lingua inglese fluente sia scritta che parlata;
Conoscenza ed utilizzo sistemi avanzate: Confluence, Jira, Pacchetto Office 365;
