• Servizi competitivi per studi di fattibilità, basic design, ingegneria di dettaglio, servizi di procurement nei settori Oil & Gas (On-shore/Off-shore, Upstream & Downstream Facilities, Refining, LNG, Midstream and Pipelines), chimico, petrolchimico e della produzione di energie rinnovabili, idrogeno, biocarburanti avanzati ed e-fuels;
• Servizi di Contracting per l’esecuzione di progetti chiavi in mano (EPC) fino a 50 Milioni di Euro di investimento su base lump sum.

• Modellazione, analisi steady state e transient state, post-processing e report;
• Dimensionamento di processo di sistemi per il trasporto di idrocarburi;
• Mantenimento della conformità alle procedure, standards e politiche applicabili;
• Supporto alla pianificazione ed al coordinamento del lavoro;
• Partecipazione a meeting e video conference;
• Collaborazione con importanti società di ingegneria per progetti di respiro internazionale.

• Laurea in Ingegneria Chimica preferibile;
• Esperienza minimo di 2 anni nel settore dell’ingegneria per gli impianti di processo;
• Familiarità con gli elaborati della progettazione (data sheet di processo, P&ID, bilanci H&M etc…);
• Conoscenza delle simulazioni di Flow Assurance: preferibile, ma non necessaria;
• Conoscenza delle simulazioni fluidodinamiche (CFD) e relativi software (OpenFoam, Ansys Fluent, SimScale, On-Shape, Solid Works, ecc…): preferibile, ma non necessaria;
• Capacità di lavorare in team, fortemente orientato allo sviluppo personale e di squadra affrontando i problemi come opportunità di crescita;
• Buone capacità organizzative per seguire molteplici progetti e attività;
• Conoscenza di Word, Excel e PowerPoint;
• Buone capacità di ascolto, scrittura e comunicazione;
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.

A riporto del responsabile di funzione ed inserito in un dinamico gruppo di lavoro, la risorsa avrà la responsabilità di:

• progettare architetture cloud-native su Azure e soluzioni AI/GenAI (inclusi RAG e casi generativi), scalabili, sicure e sostenibili, allineate alle best practice aziendali
• definire architetture end-to-end (HLD/LLD), specifiche tecniche/funzionali e requisiti non funzionali (scalabilità, sicurezza, disponibilità, performance, costi)
• guidare la definizione di landing zone Azure, networking sicuro (hub/spoke, Private Link), identity & access management e integrazione on-prem/hybrid
• valutare e introdurre tecnologie Cloud & AI, come Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Azure AI Search e Model Catalog, analizzando trade-off, costi e rischi
• progettare pattern AI/GenAI (RAG, fine‑tuning responsabile, prompt engineering, guardrail, ottimizzazione costi/latency)
• implementare DevOps/MLOps/LLMOps, incluse infrastrutture as code (Terraform/Bicep), pipeline CI/CD, policy as code, monitoraggio modelli/LLM e observability (Azure Monitor, App Insights)
• condurre PoC e assessment architetturali, guidare decisioni architetturali (ADR) e definire roadmap e piani di migrazione o modernizzazione
• collaborare con team cross‑funzionali (security, data, sviluppo, operations) e comunicare chiaramente a stakeholder tecnici e business
• documentare e presentare soluzioni, con diagrammi C4, runbook, guide operative e trasferimento alle operation per supporto post go‑live
• adottare standard e best practice, come Well‑Architected Framework, Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), FinOps, blueprint standardizzati e reference architecture.
• Laurea in informatica/ingegneria o equivalente
• Esperienza complessiva 5+ anni in ambito IT, di cui 2–3 anni in architettura di soluzioni, preferibilmente, su Azure

• Esperienza in architetture a microservizi, container e DevOps

Project Controls professional with a passion for excellence. We are seeking an experienced Project Change Manager. Ideal candidate will have excellent working experience in the pharmaceutical or high-tech manufacturing industry.

As a Project Controls Specialist who provides Project Change management services, you are responsible for managing all aspects of the change management processes to support the capital projects for our client. You will be working to develop procedures and managing and supporting the execution of ongoing capital work. You will be working closely with the project controls and project management teams and should be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project changemanagement logs and processes including monthlychange reviews with project leadership and SMEs.
• Manage the development of project control procedures and solutions for capital project delivery.
• Run the monthly risk management process through to project completion, including regular reporting to projectleadership
• Support the development of the contingency and contingency drawdown.
• Run change management process with weekly / monthly cadence as appropriate, including regular reporting toproject leadership
• Audit changes to ensure alignment with subcontractor agreements and project procedures, including assessment of contract change orders.
• Coordinate with the project controls teams to ensure incorporation of changes and risks into the cost forecast schedule

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field)
• Proven experience in project controls change and/or risk management experience
• Direct experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment
• Experience within the construction industry is a must
• Must possess exemplary communication and reporting skills - both oral and written
