Ruolo
<p>L’addetto alla vendita web è responsabile della gestione delle vendite online, dell’interazione con i clienti attraverso piattaforme digitali e della promozione dei prodotti. Deve garantire che l’esperienza di acquisto sia fluida e soddisfacente.</p>
Compiti

<p> La risorsa sarà incaricata delle seguenti mansioni: 
 Gestire le risorse umane del negozio ed organizzare i turni e i riposi; 
 Garantire la professionalità del servizio, partecipando direttamente alla vendita e formando le nuove risorse del team; 
 Predisporre ed applicare, in accordo con il Capo Area, i piani d’azione per incrementare i ricavi, equilibrando i costi; 
 Assicurare il rispetto di procedure e tecniche aziendali relative alla preparazione e alla somministrazione di prodotti e bevande; 
 Rispettare le indicazioni inerenti al merchandising e al range dei prodotti per punto vendita in funzione dei momenti della giornata; 
 Verificare la corretta gestione del magazzino e degli ordini; 
 Assicurare il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza, di igiene alimentare e tutela del patrimonio aziendale. 
 Il candidato ideale ha: 
 Precedente esperienza maturata in ruoli analoghi presso catene di ristorazione veloce strutturate; 
 Capacità ed esperienza pregressa nell'organizzazione dei turni di lavoro del team assegnato; 
 Abilità nella gestione dei collaboratori; 
 Precisione nella gestione del magazzino e degli ordini; 
 Puntualità nella reportistica.

<p> Come Responsabile di Negozio, sarai il punto di riferimento per i clienti e per il team di vendita. Accoglienza e consulenza  : Accoglierai i clienti, ascoltando le loro esigenze e guidandoli nella scelta dei prodotti d’arredo, offrendo soluzioni su misura. 
 Progettazione d’arredo  : Utilizzerai software di progettazione per creare soluzioni personalizzate in 3D, presentando ai clienti preventivi dettagliati. 
 Gestione operativa e commerciale  : Gestirai l’attività quotidiana del negozio, coordinando le risorse, monitorando le vendite e assicurandoti che gli obiettivi di fatturato vengano raggiunti. 
 Coordinamento e leadership  : Supervisione e gestione del team di vendita, organizzazione della logistica e ottimizzazione dei processi operativi all’interno del punto vendita. 
 Controllo economico  : Monitoraggio delle performance finanziarie del negozio, inclusi i costi e il margine, per garantire il rispetto dei budget e degli obiettivi di redditività. </p>

<p> Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel settore dell’arredamento, preferibilmente in ruoli di consulenza o vendita, con una buona conoscenza dei prodotti e delle tendenze del design. 
 Competenze nel coordinamento di team e gestione operativa di un punto vendita. 
 Ottime capacità di ascolto e di gestione delle relazioni con il cliente. 
 Forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi e attitudine commerciale. 
 Padronanza dei principali software di progettazione 3D. 
 Capacità di gestione economica e controllo delle performance di vendita. 
 Passione per il design e per l’arredamento, unita a capacità di problem solving e attitudine manageriale. </p>

Working within a multidisciplinary consulting team, you will contribute to the delivery of structured analyses, transformation initiatives, and change‐enablement activities that help organizations translate strategy into tangible impact for people.In this role, you will be a key element in the following activities:* Support for workforce and people transformation projects, contributing to initiatives related to people strategy, organizational change, and employee experience;* Contribution to the definition and implementation of people strategy, ensuring alignment between business priorities, capabilities, and employee value proposition;* Support in designing and managing engagement and change initiatives, including communication campaigns to accompany transformation programs;* Collaboration on AI adoption initiatives within HR functions, promoting change enablement and the integration of new capabilities into ways of working;* Contribution to the development of transformation deliverables (presentations, toolkits, communication materials) and to coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement activities.##**YOUR PROFILE*** Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or a related field, with 1–3 years of experience in business or strategy consulting focused on workforce, organization, and change topics;* Experience in transformation initiatives related to operating models, ways of working, and organizational evolution;* Strong communication and collaboration skills, combined with a creative mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‐paced environment;* Solid digital and technical skills, including familiarity with social media and digital communication tools, as well as strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).***Note**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near‐native level preferred).
