La figura si occuperà di ricevere la merce e i cibi freschi e di collaborare alla preparazione delle pietanze (piatti caldi o freddi, insalate, ecc.). Conoscono la natura e l'origine dei cibi, il loro utilizzo, le modalità di elaborazione in cucina, l'uso dei condimenti e le tecniche di presentazione. Si occupa del buon uso e della corretta gestione degli alimenti, celle frigorifere, altre attrezzature e utensili di cucina, collabora con il Cuoco nell'esecuzione delle attività giornaliere nel rispetto della normativa HACCP.

Le mansioni nel dettaglio:
-Riceve indicazioni e compiti direttamente dal Cuoco con il quale collabora nella preparazione delle vivande nel rispetto del menù standard e nel rispetto delle ricette e grammature indicate;
-Collabora con il Cuoco per l'esecuzione delle operazioni di sanificazione delle attrezzature e dotazioni di cucina utilizzando procedure e concentrazioni corrette, rispettando la normativa HACCP;
-È addetto alla gestione delle celle frigorifere, altre attrezzature e utensili di cucina;
-Partecipa alla preparazione di tre pasti giornalieri, indicativamente nei seguenti orari: colazione 7:30- 8:00, pranzo 12:45-13:45, cena 20:00-21:00;
-Riceve indicazioni per la panificazione giornaliera.

Requisiti richiesti per la posizione:
Si richiede personale con esperienza (minimo 5 anni) di addetto generico di cucina, in possesso di buona capacità organizzativa nella gestione della cucina e del magazzino viveri nonché nella gestione di materie prime, semilavorati e prodotti finiti. Si richiede il possesso di Attestato HACCP; Diploma alberghiero ed esperienze in ambienti similari saranno considerati titoli preferenziali.

Stiamo cercando un/a Aiuto cuoco per un importante gruppo italiano nel settore dei servizi. Sei pronto/a a mettere le mani in pasta nella zona di Caprino Veronese (VR)?

La tua missione sarà affiancare il cuoco all'interno di una cucina che serve la mensa di una struttura del territorio. Avrai l'opportunità di dare il tuo supporto nella preparazione e cottura dei pasti, sia al mattino che al pomeriggio.

Cosa ti serve per entrare in squadra? Esperienza pregressa in mansioni simili, disponibilità immediata, precisione e puntualità. Se hai queste qualità, sei la persona che stiamo cercando!

Il tuo orario di lavoro sarà part-time 30 ore settimanali distribuite su 5 giorni. I due turni saranno: dalle 7 alle 12:00 oppure dalle 13:30 alle 18:30. Il contratto sarà a tempo determinato fino al 31/10/24.

Per azienda di Parma siamo alla ricerca di un aiuto cuoco per mensa interna.
Ti occuperai di preparazione e distribuzione dei pasti secondo le indicazioni fornite, mantenimento dell'ordine e della pulizia della mensa, collaborazione con il team per garantire un servizio di qualità.

Ti chiediamo esperienza pregressa nel settore della ristorazione o come addetto mensa, capacità di gestire il servizio mensa in modo efficiente e puntuale, conoscenza delle norme igienico-sanitarie, buone capacità comunicative e relazionali.
Disponibilità a lavorare da lunedì al venerdì dalle 12 alle 14 ed il sabato dalle 9.30 alle 14.

Ti offriamo contratto iniziale in somministrazione fino al 31/10, part time 14,50h settimanali.
