Lavorerai in un ambiente dinamico, occupandoti di:
• taglio e confezionamento di salumi - formaggi - gastronomia,
• caricamento dei banchi e verifica dei prodotti esposti,
• servizio e consulenza alla clientela,
• pulizia del reparto.

Inoltre, sono previste le seguenti attività:

-Assistenza e servizio alla clientela;
-Gestione logistica del negozio supportata da attività di stoccaggio ed esposizione nella sala vendita dei prodotti in assortimento secondo layout per scaffali, banchi e banchi frigo;
-Verifica ed osservanza degli standard di sicurezza del reparto e del negozio previsti dalle relative norme legislative (es. HACCP). Nei reparti freschi si occupa della lavorazione e trasformazione delle materie prime;
-Organizzazione e gestione del personale di reparto (mansioni, programmazione orari, ferie)

REQUISITI NECESSARI
Per il corretto svolgimento del ruolo si richiede:
- Diploma di scuola superiore
- Orientamento al cliente e attitudine alla vendita
- Flessibilità oraria e buona capacità di collaborazione
- Gradita precedente esperienza nella mansione

Il ruolo di gastronomo esperto prevede di servire la clientela a banco, consigliandola anche sulla base di criteri oggettivi come l'aspetto, il sapore, l'aroma, la consistenza e la freschezza.
Per ricoprire tale ruolo e' necessario:
Avere esperienza pregressa nella mansione per almeno 5 anni

La risorsa, inserita nel reparto gastronomia, verrà affiancata e formata a svolgere le seguenti attività: preparazione della linea, cottura e confezionamento di piatti caldi, freddi e affettati.

Requisiti:

- Disponibilità a lavorare su tre turni (mattina, pomeriggio, notte)
- Disponibilità a lavorare nel weekend e nei festivi
- Autonomia negli spostamenti
-Capacità di lavorare in team
- Non è richiesta pregressa esperienza nel settore, ma sono richiesti interesse e propensione alla mansione.

Il candidato ideale è dinamico e flessibile, disponibile a lavorare in ambiente caratterizzato da ritmi di lavoro sostenuti, attento agli standard di qualità e produttività proposti dall'azienda.


Si offre assunzione diretta in azienda con contratto a tempo determinato della durata iniziale di cinque mesi con possibilità di proroga.

Orario di lavoro: full time, 6 giorni a settimana, su turni (mattina, pomeriggio, notte)

Livello di inquadramento: 5 del CCNL Commercio

Sede di lavoro: Bologna.
Il ruolo di addetti banco gastronomia prevede la gestione dei prodotti nel rispetto delle norme igienico sanitarie.
Per ricoprire tale ruolo e' necessario:
Avere esperienza pregressa nella mansione di almeno un anno
Avere conoscenza delle pratiche di sicurezza alimentare e delle normative igienico-sanitarie
Essere disponibili al lavoro full-time, su turni, anche nei festivi
Essere disponibili a spostarsi tra i punti vendita della zona
L'inquadramento contrattuale prevede:
Qualifica di operaio
Livello 5° o 4° CCNL Commercio
Retribuzione lorda di 20.000 euro all'anno e comunque commisurata all'esperienza e competenze gia' acquisite.
Il pacchetto retributivo prevede anche un piano welfare (finanziato da Ebitemp- Ente Bilaterale Nazionale per il lavoro temporaneo) riguardante, ad esempio, la tutela sanitaria, il contributo per l'asilo nido, prestiti personali ed il sostegno per: spese scolastiche, trasporto extraurbano e mobilita' territoriale.
