For a multinational Company, leading global manufacturer in HVAC, specialized in the production and sale of components and accessories for ventilation we are searching for:
Sales Manager
Mission
Reporting to the Sales Director, will be responsible for Sales results in a given territory for a broad range of products that are serving the markets of the Commercial refrigeration throughout the high performance HVAC sector; has responsibility for developing the Italian Market with the scope to sensitively increase the sales in the Country. Supports on driving specification & preference at OEMs and End Users.
Main responsibilities

· Develop the Italian market with the clear scope of sensitively increasing the sales;
· Yearly, Quarterly and Monthly forecasts preparation and SIOP planning for the 80 Customers;
· Develop and maintain an opportunity funnel exceeding 3x the current turnover and meet a minimum of 30% success rate;
· Responsible for meeting KPIs along with revenue and gross profit (GP) targets;
· Promote, present, implement, and execute strategies and tactics necessary to meet revenue and account development/growth targets in targeted region;
· Lead in the development and negotiation of commercial contracts;
· Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base in targeted region;
· Implement short-term and long-term plans to increase customer satisfaction;
· 60% travel in Italy. Little travel across EU
· Work closely with Product Line Management to facilitate and acquire Market Data Capture and VOC.
Knowledge and experience
· Bachelor's degree in a technical field; Advanced degree preferred (MS Engineering, MBA);
· Strong business & financial acumen with customer-focus;
· Critical thinking skills to properly identify problem area & potential solutions;
· Value based selling approach;
· Market mapping and segmentation knowledge;
· 80/20 skills and approach;
· Proper use of Office Automation tools to drive data analysis.
