Adecco Italia Spa offers you the opportunity to join a large and structured Company in the oil & gas industry, in the North Como Lake area (Lc). The Company provides various development opportunities for young graduates ready to apply their theoretical and academic knowledge and offers several opportunities for Specilists to continue their success story.
The Project Manager is responsible for planning the project to deliver according to schedule, scope, budget,
and quality expected. He ensures that the project plan meets all contractual requirements.
The Project Manager monitors and control the progress of the project while keeping relevant stakeholders
informed, ensures risk and QHSE concerns are mitigated by the project plan.
Responsabilità:
The resource will be introduced in Company PM department, under the supervision of Senior Project
Manager, with whom he/she will actively collaborate in the realization of different projects ensuring the quality
standards required by the firm, in accordance with the company's guidelines and policies.
Responsibilities
- Is the interface with Customer for all Project Related matters, including HSE.
- Manages the project and client to the contract specifications and terms; supports all contractual issues
with a formal correspondence to the Client; is in charge for progress reporting.
- Develops Project Charter, PEP and directs and manages project execution. He actively controls project
schedule identifying items on the critical path though Company's project tools; manages project needs
across functional areas, controlling notification for inspections too.
- Identifies all risks starting from the early phase through the end of the project and manages mitigation
plans to prevent occurrence.
- Identifies and sets Project Goals, carefully balancing Customer and plant needs and leads the Project
team accordingly.
- Promotes Change Order Requests following customer changes; manages negotiations with the Client
to protect OTD and minimize Past Due.
- Provides support to Aftermarket team to facilitate the communication with Client in case of post
shipment issues.
- Having oversight of project costs and forecasts, he manages and reports Project P&L, revenue and
cash flow in line with budget.
Requirements
- Engineering university degree (preferably management or mechanical)
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communicational skills
- Knowledge of Office package
- Ability to communicate with effective stakeholder management
- Organization and ability to manage the workload ensuring delivery within the required timelines
- Proactive approach to problem solving, team-work orientation and accuracy and attention to details
- Previous experiences in similar position or performing similar tasks will be considered a plus.
