For a multinational Company, leading global manufacturer in HVAC, specialized in the production and sale of components and accessories for ventilation we are searching for a:
Business Development Manager

Mission
Reporting to the Vice President, has regional (Southern Europe) responsibility for directing and supporting Global Business Unit Market initiatives that deliver revenue growth above market and share gain at strategic accounts. Assists with identifying and driving the execution of share gain account plans in cooperation with Accounts and Sales Managers. Supports on driving specification & preference at OEMs and End Users.
Main responsibilities

· Wins and secures customer specification and preference for portfolio of products (Blowers, Plug Fans, Fan Filter Units, Industrial Process Fans, etc.);
· Drives profitable share gains at key accounts, segments (Data Centers, Clean Rooms, C-HVAC), regions;
· Coordinates and supports share gain activities at top strategic accounts. Identifies, prospects, and supports sales function activities to grow share at new strategic accounts;
· Manages, supports, and grows the top account opportunity funnel by leveraging new or differentiated products and previous successes into "look-alike" account locations;
· Assists sales force in the monitoring, development, implementation, and communication of strategic account initiatives to ensure alignment of the Consumer offering and functions;
· Develops and supports strategic relationships with key decision makers at identified high-growth complex strategic account OEM's and End Users;
· Acts as Company's solution expert for strategic accounts, including leading value proposition & technical product presentations;
· Captures Voice-of-Customer by identifying market problems via customer engagement & observation. Articulates market needs and champions ideas that solve customer problem.

Knowledge and experience

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience;
· At least 5 years' experience in the same or similar role in multinational companies;
· Technical aptitude;
· Familiar with Kaizen and Lean concepts;
· Willingness to travel an estimated 40 – 60%;
· Knowledge of 80/20 methodology.
