Adecco Consultant, for the unique platform in the residential world that manages, in 40 destinations in Europe, a wide range of housing solutions such as coliving rooms, private studios, student houses, apartments and villas for short, medium and long-term stays.
We are currently looking for an enthusiast and energetic person (f/m/x) to join us in the role of SRAGE in Back Office Intern
Your core responsibilities will be:
• Restyling of existing products in our portfolio, with the lifestyle of the future in mind;
• Analysis of functionality, durability and human well-being, to enhance xxxx's LIVING products;
• Interior layout design in plan and elevation, dedicated to private spaces (sleeping spaces with work corner), shared spaces (with a special focus on the kitchen, living room, bathrooms and entrances), interiors for families, interiors for students;
• FF&E selection (fixtures, furniture & equipment) and finishes from different suppliers, following the xxxxx Design Guidelines;
• Verification and control on site of the articles and assembly of FF&E;
• Creation of drawings with CAD (and sometimes even by hand);
REQUIREMENTS
• You have at least a bachelor's degree in economics, architecture or any other schools of ;
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Attitude to team work and problem solving
• Strong Excel skills and willingness to develop further;
• Good understanding of logistic processes, principles and systems;
• Ability to think outside the box and bring ideas to the table, keen to progress and develop within a growing
team;
• English Spoken
• Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to plan, and prioritize working with stringent deadlines;
• Strong analytical skills as well as high level of numerical and commercial reasoning.
