TEMPORARY ON BOARDING ANALYST (FIXED TERM CONTRACT – 12 MONTHS)
With the purpose of integrating the Italian Market onto a new trading platform.
In the context of this integration, the existing digital portals used by the Issuers will be migrated to the new group Digital Platform.
The candidate will be fully integrated into the newly created “Onboarding team” cross located between Milan and Paris. He/She will continuously be in contact with the external customers and the internal group business teams to support them in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsabilità:
The successful candidate will be responsible of the onboarding of all the issuers of Warrants, Certificates, Bonds and ETF
Main responsabilities
- Ensure a complete preparation of each step of the user's migration
- Support the issuers all along their on-boarding journey
- Contribute to the enrichment of the associated documentations (user guides)
- Support on the Legal onboarding, following the contracts signatures
- Manage the operational onboarding, making sure everything is ready for the users to perform their activity on the platform
- Train the users on the use of the platform and the associated operations, leveraging the expertise from the Listing or Corporate Action teams when required
- Follow-up the testing phases with each customer making sure the portals fit all needs of the issuers (in term of operations and features) and raising to Digital and IT teams any required fix or adjustment
- Provide feedback from the issuers to the Product Owner on requested adjustments and track future enhancements that may be requested by the users during these phases
- Follow-up and report the progresses on these activities to the various stakeholders involving in this onboarding
- Escalate any attention point that would put at risk this integration project
- Participate to the review meetings with the Sponsors
Requirements
o Be rigorous, well-organized, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Have a good knowledge of the financial markets and listed instruments (Mainly Fixed income, ETFs and Securitized Derivatives)
o A knowledge of the listing and/or corporate actions operations is definitively a plus
o Strong client/customer focus
o Discretion and confidentiality
o Fluent in English, Italian is a plus
We offer a Fixed Term contract of 12 months, Gross Annual Salary to be defined on seniority, based in Milano
