Offer Description

The research involves conducting geological and structural surveys, petrographic, geochronological and geochemical analyses of the rock formations, incorporating them into a database that supports the creation of CARG maps. Specifically, the data collection must follow CARG standards and be delivered in formats and scales suitable and compatible for completing the geological mapping and populating the associated databases. During the activities, the candidate will need to work directly with other specialists and analysts who will handle specific aspects of the samples and data collected. Methodological aspects of the research and partial results should be presented at national and international conferences and submitted as scientific papers to relevant journals.

The selections are open to candidates, Italian or foreigner, in possession, on the date of the deadline for submitting applications for the admission to the selection, of a master's degree or single-cycle, degree obtained no more than six years previously are eligible to participate in the selection process. These degrees must be relevant to the subject of the research activity.
