Their platform supports organisations undergoing digital transformation by helping improve collaboration, visibility and commercial processes across customer-facing and operational teams.
With increasing demand for modern technology solutions across the automotive industry, the business is continuing to expand its presence internationally and invest in new commercial growth across Europe.
The Role
This is a key commercial hire focused on building the company’s presence across the Italian market.
You’ll be responsible for developing relationships with enterprise automotive organisations, dealer networks and mobility businesses across Italy while driving new business opportunities and supporting continued market expansion.
This is a highly autonomous role suited to someone comfortable operating within a scaling business environment where success comes from building relationships, understanding customer challenges and managing consultative sales processes across complex organisations.
You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams while contributing to the company’s broader commercial growth strategy within a key European market.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth across the Italian automotive and mobility market
- Identify and develop strategic opportunities within enterprise customer environments
- Generate pipeline through outbound activity, networking and partnerships
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through to close
- Build relationships with operational, commercial and executive stakeholders
- Manage consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM management
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity across Italy
- Share customer and market insights internally
- Collaborate closely with leadership, product and commercial teams
- Represent the business at customer meetings and industry events
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales
- Strong new business and outbound sales capability
- Experience managing consultative or complex sales cycles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating within a scaling business environment
- Ability to work autonomously with high ownership
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach
- Native or fluent Italian and professional English required
- Experience within automotive, mobility or enterprise technology environments
