Job Description

Are you excited by building strong customer partnerships and making an impact in an omnichannel environment? Bring your commercial curiosity and customer focus to the table and help drive omnichannel sales by owning smaller grocery customers end to end, while contributing to more complex accounts through collaboration, analysis and strong execution.

Position is based in our LEGO Sales Office in Milan, following a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remote. Relocation support is not offered.

Core Responsibilities
  • Responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of a portfolio of small‑size customers, in line with defined commercial guidelines
  • Support the management of additional key customers under the guidance of a senior account/channel responsible
  • Create and implement joint business plans with customers to support sustainable business growth
  • Collaborate and coordinate various business functions to implement specific customer plans and support corporate initiatives
  • Collaborate with external partners and field force to strengthen commercial plans and execution
  • Accurately support sales planning and investment tracking using company tools, contributing to increasing return on investment
  • Ensure excellence in the execution of campaigns and commercial initiatives for managed customers
  • Support the management of ad‑hoc projects or processes as required
  • Manage individual development, strengthening core commercial competencies and staying updated on market and channel trends
Do You Have What It Takes
  • Some years of experience in FMCG, retail, sales, trade marketing or related commercial roles
  • Solid understanding of customer management fundamentals and commercial processes
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work confidently with sales data, important metrics and forecasts
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple activities in a structured way
  • Effective relationship‑building skills with a collaborative approach to internal and external partners
  • High level of accountability and ownership
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Proficiency in Italian and English both written and spoken
