Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Our Laboratory Division is looking for an Account Manager for our precision instruments, which include weighing systems, analytical chemistry product lines, and related software solutions. The position reports to the Sales Manager and is part of the Sales team.

As Account Manager, you will be charged with selling weighing systems (micro, analytical, and technical balances) and analytical chemistry product lines (titrators, pH meters, density/refractometers, and others).

  • Building up long‑term relationships with customers
  • Analyzing and understanding customer needs supported by MT Product Management
  • Monitoring and finalizing economical offers
  • Making active follow‑ups with customers
  • Managing and developing a long‑term opportunity pipeline
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, or equivalent related experience
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in an industrial/chemical environment
  • Good level of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude
  • Based in Bologna, Reggio Emilia, Modena, or Parma
