As an Account Manager, you will act as the primary sales contact for customers across the Lombardy region. In this role, you will focus on building strong, long-term relationships with existing customers—primarily in the metalworking fluids market—while also identifying opportunities to expand services, improve customer satisfaction, and support business growth.Prepare and deliver customer presentations, proposals, and value-based sales plansAlign with Key Account Management teams to support account strategiesCollaborate with Fluid Intelligence Solutions, Customer Service, and Technical teamsMonitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developmentsUse CRM and other tools to manage pipeline, forecasting, and reportingWe are looking for someone who brings a combination of commercial mindset, technical curiosity, and relationship-building skills. Experience in metalworking, automotive, or industrial chemical sectors is an advantageExposure to both end users and distributor networks is beneficialEngineering degree (mechanical, chemical, industrial or similar), or equivalent relevant experience Languages~ Professional proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken) Regular travel to customer sites is required. 45,000 – 55,000 annual gross.
