Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead supply acquisition in Italy, expanding Airbnb’s professional inventory and presence. You’ll work with the Homes (EMEA) team to tailor scalable, local strategies and build strong relationships with external partners. You’ll analyze data to identify market opportunities, coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, and communicate product updates to hosts, helping drive long‑term market success.

• Prospect and onboard new professional hosts in the assigned territory, maintaining a healthy pipeline
• Develop and deploy scalable strategies to acquire professional hosts in the region
• Represent Airbnb in external meetings with professional hosts as a knowledgeable market expert
• Analyze data to identify strategic opportunities and drive sales growth
• Build deep knowledge of the assigned geographic markets
• Manage partner relationships within the territory
• Understand technical integration basics of software partners to support clients
• Educate clients on product changes and relay feedback to internal teams
• Deliver timely, high-quality service to professional hosts
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, communications, public policy and customer support to ensure long‑term market success

Responsabilità

• 6+ years of sales experience
• 2+ years in hospitality/travel (nice to have)
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Strong B2B sales/new business development experience
• Ability to operate strategically and tactically in ambiguous environments
• Excellent communication with clients
• Experience building and strengthening external partnerships
• Comfort with data analysis to inform decisions
• Willingness to travel to assigned markets
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and balance short‑term needs with long‑term initiatives
• Hospitality/travel experience in the region is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM tools;
  Salesforce experience is a plus
• Charismatic, resourceful self‑starter
• Fluency in Italian and English
