To support this ambition and future acquisitions, we are recruiting an ICT Manager (F/M) .
Reporting directly to the CFO, this strategic leadership role will be instrumental in
strengthening and scaling the Group’s IT function, driving enterprise systems governance,
enhancing data management capabilities, and building a robust and future-ready technology
ecosystem able to support the Group’s international development.
The Role
The ICT & Corporate Systems Manager will play a critical role in shaping and structuring the
Group’s IT governance framework.
As a key member of the leadership team, the successful candidate will contribute to the
transformation and integration of systems, processes, and IT infrastructures across a
complex, international, and multi-business environment.
This position requires a strong execution mindset, cross-functional leadership capabilities,
and the ability to drive organizational change while building scalable processes, improving
systems adoption, and supporting the Group’s long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
IT Governance & Corporate Systems
● Lead the development and evolution of the Group IT function
● Ensure the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of corporate
systems, including ERP, CRM, and business platforms
● Drive the integration, harmonization, and rationalization of information systems
across the Group
● Partner with Finance, Operations, and Business teams to optimize business processes
and system efficiency
Infrastructure & Cybersecurity
● Oversee the Group’s IT infrastructure and ensure operational continuity
● Coordinate corporate IT services including networks, servers, user support, and
infrastructure operations
● Lead cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives
● Manage relationships with external IT vendors, service providers, and technology
partners
Transformation & Change Management
● Lead strategic IT transformation and digitalization programs
● Support the deployment and adoption of new systems and processes across the
organization
● Contribute to broader organizational transformation and change management
initiatives
International Scope
● Support the harmonization of systems and operational processes at an international
level
● Strengthen Group-wide data governance, centralization, and reporting capabilities
● Contribute to enhancing business intelligence and performance monitoring across
international operations
Profile
● Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Engineering, or a
related field
● Minimum of 10 years of professional experience combining:
○ Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure and systems
○ Progressive exposure to:
■ IT leadership and management
■ ERP and enterprise systems governance
■ IT transformation programs
■ Cross-functional stakeholder management
■ Organizational and process transformation
In the context of the Group’s ongoing transformation and expansion, the ideal candidate will
demonstrate the ability to operate effectively within fast-evolving environments requiring
structure, alignment, and cultural transformation.
Beyond technical expertise, this role requires a strong leader capable of influencing
stakeholders, driving alignment, and supporting the Group through a strategic phase of
international growth and integration.

Location : Alessandria (Group Headquarters), with flexibility possible across the Group’s

A diretto riporto del CFO, questa figura strategica avrà un ruolo chiave nel rafforzamento e
nella strutturazione della funzione IT di Gruppo, nella governance dei sistemi e dei dati,
nell’integrazione degli ecosistemi applicativi e nella costruzione di una piattaforma
tecnologica solida e scalabile, in grado di sostenere la crescita internazionale del Gruppo.
Il Ruolo
L’ICT Manager avrà un ruolo centrale nella definizione e nell’evoluzione della governance IT
del Gruppo.
Inserito all’interno del leadership team, contribuirà alla trasformazione e all’integrazione di
sistemi, processi e infrastrutture IT in un contesto internazionale complesso e
multi-business.
La posizione richiede forte capacità esecutiva, visione trasversale e leadership nel change
management, con l’obiettivo di costruire processi scalabili, migliorare l’adozione dei sistemi e
supportare la crescita futura del Gruppo.
Principali Responsabilità
IT Governance & Corporate Systems
● Guidare l’evoluzione e la strutturazione della funzione IT di Gruppo
● Garantire performance, affidabilità e miglioramento continuo dei sistemi corporate,
inclusi ERP, CRM e piattaforme business
● Coordinare l’integrazione, l’armonizzazione e la razionalizzazione dei sistemi
informativi del Gruppo
● Collaborare con Finance, Operations e Business team per l’ottimizzazione dei
processi aziendali
Infrastructure & Cybersecurity
● Supervisionare l’infrastruttura IT garantendo continuità operativa e affidabilità dei
sistemi
● Coordinare le attività relative a reti, server, supporto utenti e servizi IT corporate
● Guidare le iniziative di cybersecurity, disaster recovery e business continuity
● Gestire i rapporti con fornitori IT, partner tecnologici e service provider esterni
Transformation & Change Management
● Guidare progetti strategici di trasformazione IT e digitalizzazione
● Supportare l’adozione di nuovi sistemi e processi all’interno dell’organizzazione
● Contribuire alle iniziative di trasformazione organizzativa e change management
Dimensione Internazionale
● Supportare l’armonizzazione dei sistemi e dei processi a livello internazionale
● Rafforzare la governance, la centralizzazione e l’affidabilità dei dati di Gruppo
● Contribuire allo sviluppo delle capacità di reporting e business intelligence a livello
globale
Profilo
● Laurea Magistrale in Informatica, Sistemi Informativi, Ingegneria Informatica o
discipline affini
● Almeno 10 anni di esperienza professionale maturata attraverso:
○ una solida base tecnica in ambito infrastrutture e sistemi IT
○ una progressiva evoluzione verso ruoli di:
■ IT Management
■ Governance di ERP e sistemi enterprise
■ Program management e trasformazione IT
■ Coordinamento cross-funzionale e stakeholder management
■ Trasformazione organizzativa e process improvement
Nel contesto dell’attuale fase di trasformazione e crescita del Gruppo, il candidato ideale
dovrà dimostrare capacità di operare efficacemente in ambienti in evoluzione, caratterizzati
da esigenze di strutturazione, allineamento organizzativo e trasformazione culturale.
Oltre alle competenze tecniche, il ruolo richiede una figura manageriale autorevole, capace
di creare consenso, influenzare gli stakeholder e accompagnare il Gruppo in una fase
strategica di crescita e integrazione internazionale.
