Plant Quality Leader - Continuous Improvement & Compliance

EPTA GROUP in Casale Monferrato is seeking a Plant Quality Manager to lead the Quality function at its manufacturing site, a facility with about 500 employees producing plug-in refrigerated cabinets, commercial refrigeration solutions, and vending equipment for global brands. You will head a team of 10 quality professionals, ensure QMS/ISO compliance, drive KPI improvements, manage audits, and collaborate with customers, suppliers, and HQ to sustain manufacturing excellence.
