Position Summary:

Support the Italian market by ensuring efficient customer service, order management and coordination of marketing activities, acting as an operational link between customers, sales team, and internal/external stakeholders.


We will offer to the candidate and apprenticeship contract, during which they will benefit from internal and external training in order to develop their skills and competences in the role.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination

  • Support the execution of campaigns, launches, and promotional activities
  • Coordinate activities with internal teams (sales, product, communication)
  • Interface with external agencies

Sales Back Office

  • Process and monitor orders in SAP
  • Manage quotations, order tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance

Customer Service

  • Manage customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups
  • Handle claims and service issues in coordination with sales


Required Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing & Communication, Economics, Business Administration
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales principles
  • Knowledge of marketing and communication tools, ex. Canva
  • Data analytics and management
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications
  • Knowledge of SAP considered a plus
