Analog IC Design Engineer Location: Bergamo, Italy (hybrid/remote roles may be considered in exceptional cases) We are seeking an Analog IC Design Engineer to join a fast-growing team working on the design andinterconnects targeting generative AI, cellular, and high-bandwidth data transfer applications. have a proven track record in designing high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuits in advanced CMOSCollaborating with photonics, silicon and system engineering teams to develop and optimiseproprietary Ser Des architectures, including the development of key design specifications• Defining and executing design verification plans to ensure designs meet specifications and Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant Engineering discipline with 8+ years of industry experience• A proven track record in designing analog and mixed-signal circuits for Ser Des applicationsat 7nm or below, and operating at data rates of 32 Gbps or above A strong theoretical knowledge of analog circuit design principles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven, detail-oriented approach Excellent English verbal and written communication skills •
