Join our team as Maintenance Manager (Chief Engineer) at Le Massif Courmayeur! What You Will Be Doing As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, safety, and upkeep of all hotel facilities. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our property. Key Responsibilities Oversee the overall maintenance and technical operations of the hotel Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities Supervise external contractors and service providers Manage the maintenance budget and control departmental expenses Ensure optimal performance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Monitor and report on energy consumption (electricity, water, gas) Procure materials and manage technical inventory Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations We Are Looking For Someone Who Has proven experience in a similar role within hospitality (Chief Engineer / Maintenance Manager / Assistant) Has strong technical expertise (electrical or mechanical background preferred) Is familiar with Italian regulations and safety standards Demonstrates a hands‑on, proactive, and solution‑oriented approach Has strong organisational, problem‑solving, and communication skills Is fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus) Is eligible to work in Italy Is preferably already based in the Courmayeur/Aosta Valley region or nearby areas (strongly preferred) What We Offer Competitive salary aligned with the Italian hospitality market Opportunity to grow within an international hotel group Dynamic and collaborative work environment in a unique alpine destination #J-18808-Ljbffr
