We are Bertrandt, an independent, international engineering service provider with decades of expertise in accelerating technological progress across automotive, aerospace, defense, and mechanical engineering industries.Project Coordinator (High-Voltage Energy Storage & Electric Drive Systems) – Morocco In this role you will combine technical project work with coordination and communication tasks, working closely with international teams (especially in Germany) to support the development of project activities at the Moroccan site.ResponsibilitiesActive participation in international development projects related to HV battery systems/energy storage, electric drives and automotive E/E, and mechanical, hardware, functional, or systems development.Provide technical support and guidance to team members working on international projects in ordinate closely with international project managers and teams.Support recruitment activities, including technical interviews, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.Gradually take over subproject responsibilities such as work packages or modules.Ensure quality, deadlines, and technical consistency in assigned tasks.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.Minimum 5 years of experience in technical development within the automotive or similar industrial environment.Experience working in international or cross-site projects.Strong technical understanding combined with coordination and communication skills.Structured, responsible, and pragmatic working style.High level of independence and teamwork mindset.Language Requirements English: mandatory (C1 level – working and project language)Equal Opportunity At Bertrandt, we place great importance on equal treatment and equal opportunity.
