We are looking for a

Partnership Specialist

who will be responsible for the development and management of the international network of premium Chauffeur Service Partners, with the goal of ensuring high service standards, market coverage, and operational performance. This role will play a key part in identifying new partnership opportunities and managing strategic relationships with international suppliers and partners.

How you will contribute ➡️The

Partnership Specialist

will report to the Global Head of Market of the group, and will have responsibility over the following: Support the analysis of market data, operational KPIs, and financial performance to support strategic decisions related to pricing, profitability, territorial coverage, and Partner network development. Support to identify, develop, and manage strategic Partners, overseeing commercial negotiations, onboarding, training, and alignment with company standards. Monitor service quality, fulfillment, and Partners’ operational performance, identifying critical issues and areas for improvement. Manage the day-to-day operational relationship with Partners, coordinating escalations, incident management, and emergencies to ensure service continuity and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Care) to optimize processes and support strategic quotations, tenders, and complex events.

How you will succeed Bachelor’s degree

in Economics, Foreign Languages, International Relations, Tourism Management, or a related field You have

1–2 years

of experience in a similar role. Professional proficiency in

English (C1 level or equivalent) , with strong written and verbal communication skills in international business environments Advanced knowledge of

Microsoft Excel , including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, partners, and multicultural teams Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to daily operational and organizational challenges Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
