Descrizione:
- Efficiently process customer orders to meet delivery timelines and expectations.
- Utilize handheld units and follow the Warehouse Management System to accurately pick items from the inventory.
- Inspect all products for any damage or faults before packaging them for delivery.
- Safely and securely pack products to ensure safe transit to customers.
- Handle shipping and fulfillment tasks in the warehouse's inventory systems, including WMS.
- Assist in unloading containers, sorting, counting, and receiving stock into the Warehouse Management System.
- Collaborate in palletizing and organizing stock in the warehouse.
- Monitor stock levels on picking shelves and assist with stock replenishment.
- Participate in annual stocktakes and scheduled cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Comply with safety regulations by wearing appropriate safety gear, such as safety helmets, shoes, and clothing.
- Undergo necessary training to operate warehouse machinery effectively and safely.
- Provide support during warehouse sales, including potential weekend work and involvement in setup and teardown (bump in and bump out).
- Obtain or possess a forklift license is an added advantage and/or operate forklifts as needed.
Requirements
- Possess a valid driving license (B2/D/DA)
- Able to operate a forklift (with valid certification is preferred)
- Physically fit and able to handle manual loading and unloading of goods
- Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety practices
- Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS) is an added advantage
- Able to perform picking, packing, sorting, and stock counting tasks
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions
- Good attendance and punctuality record
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work overtime
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills (for stock handling and documentation)
