As Brand Specialist at AVS, you drive growth for strategic retail Vendors across Europe by acting as an account manager and consultant. You work with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain, marketing, and product selection, shaping vendor programs and promotional activities. You will analyse opportunities, manage stock and performance metrics, and help vendors scale their business on Amazon. This role offers exposure to European markets and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to implement new ideas.

  • Drive supply chain operational excellence by reducing costs, defects, lead times, and other KPIs
  • Manage stock levels in fulfilment centers using ordering mechanisms
  • Recommend and manage marketing campaigns for vendors to promote products and increase traffic/conversions
  • Plan and execute promotional activities for events like Prime Day and Brand Weeks
  • Expand product selection, onboard new products, and improve discoverability
  • Enhance customer journey through store tours, benchmarking, and improved content on detail pages

Responsabilità

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, Business Administration/Economics with business analytics/big data specialization, or similar
  • Experience using SQL
  • Minimum 12 months professional experience in Sales, Buying, Project Management, Supply Chain, Consulting, Finance, Account Management or Marketing
  • Fluent English (C1)
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
