Experteer Overview

In this role, you will lead strategic account management for Kyndryl’s most valuable clients, driving growth, retention, and profitability. You will build trusted relationships with executives, shape proactive account plans, and expand scope with tailored solutions. You’ll collaborate across the sales team to manage end-to-end opportunities—from prospecting to closing—while ensuring client success and a strong go-to-market pipeline. This is a chance to influence large-scale accounts and contribute to Kyndryl’s leadership in the market.

Responsabilità

  • 5+ years experience running account P&L
  • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
  • 5 years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
  • Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risksOpen minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
