Energetic and fun English Teacher/Academic Coordinator.

Responsibilities

As a Teacher:

• Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories, and arts and crafts.
• Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

As a Coordinator:

• Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method.
• Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school.

Qualifications

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher).
• Have a Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record.
• Registered to the Centro per l'impiego.
• Interest in working with children.
• Planning and organisation skills.
• A team player: if you've played on a team, you'll fit right in.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed-term from 24/08/2026 until 31/12/2026.
• 8 hours per week as a coordinator and 5 hours per week as a teacher (13 hours per week in total, Monday to Saturday).
• Young and stimulating work environment.
• Starting on 24/08/2026.
• Salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI.

Working Hours and Contract

The role is a hybrid teaching and academic coordination position, with a contractual level (Level 5 or Level 8A) defined based on prevailing responsibilities.

Salary

The gross annual salary (full-time equivalent) starts from €20,665 to €22,017 and will be proportionally adjusted based on the agreed working hours.
