BaxEnergy is searching for an experienced automotive diagnostic specialist located in Italy, Sicilia. In this role, you will support dealerships and repairers with complex vehicle issues both on-site and remotely, ensuring first-time-right repairs and reducing downtime.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience in diagnosing and resolving complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults, alongside hands-on experience with OEM diagnostic tools like wiTECH and DiagBOX. Proficiency in English and a background in technical support are necessary.
