You will translate legal and internal requirements into practical shopfloor actions and work with stakeholders to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. You will address risk, incidents, audits, training, and KPI monitoring to drive a strong safety culture. Identify, assess and reduce Health & Safety risks on the shopfloor, ensuring legal and internal standards are followed by contractors and activities Perform and update risk assessments, support audits and follow-up actions, ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations Contribute to incident investigations and root cause analyses; define preventive and corrective actions; monitor H&S KPIs and report on action plans Manage H&S documentation for external agencies/regulators; provide technical support on legislation interpretation; support policy implementation across functions Support emergency organization aligned with plant emergency plan; develop/refresh local work instructions and procedures (Machine Safety, Lo.To.To, Management of Change, Confined Spaces) Plan, coordinate and deliver H&S training; foster safety culture via Gemba Walks, engagement initiatives and internal communications Coach managers/employees to own safety responsibilities; promote wellbeing initiatives and sustained campaigns Contribute to H&S Lean manufacturing practices (KPIs, SOPs, OPLs, RCA, Safety Maps, PPE Matrix, KK, SMED) to enhance safety performance and operational excellence Responsabilità

Master's Degree in Engineering or Prevention Techniques in Health and Safety Qualified as ASPP or RSPP Experience in machinery-related risks and manufacturing environment Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsProactive, curious, versatile; capable of operating at both technical and people-management levels Fluent in Italian and English
