Experteer Overview
As Head of AI - SCE, you will lead Capgemini's AI First agenda across South Central Europe, driving measurable business growth and world-class AI delivery. You will shape the regional AI strategy, collaborate with country leaders and clients, and embed AI across offerings and programmes. You will work with hyperscalers and executive stakeholders to ensure a coherent European AI proposition, balancing governance, risk, and value. This is a purpose-driven, collaborative role within a global, innovative team focused on responsible AI at scale.

Position Capgemini as a trusted AI transformation leader with clients, partners, regulators, and industry forums
Embed AI into offerings, GTM strategies, and investment priorities in collaboration with country and industry leadership
Lead AI-driven revenue growth, pipeline development, and major European AI pursuits with executive guidance
Oversee delivery of large-scale AI transformation programmes across multiple countries with quality and risk controls
Drive adoption of GenAI at scale, agentic systems, and AI-augmented delivery within structured governance
Strengthen European AI, data, and engineering capabilities through upskilling, leadership development, and partnerships
Ensure compliance with AI governance, ethics, security, and regulatory standards across engagements
Build and nurture relationships with hyperscalers, academia, and industry bodies; contribute to thought leadership
Responsabilità
Senior leadership experience in AI, digital, cloud, or large-scale technology transformation
Proven success leading multi-country or multi-disciplinary teams in a complex, matrixed environment
Track record of winning and delivering enterprise-scale transformation programmes
Executive presence and ability to influence senior client and partner stakeholders
Deep understanding of AI technologies, architectures, engineering practices, and cloud environments
Ability to lead across geographies within a global delivery model
Background in consulting or professional services
Current residence in Spain, Portugal or Italy
