Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer support and solutions to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat

Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience

Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems

Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and solve customer issues

Stay updated on products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information

Provide feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes

Requirements

Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus

Previous customer service or customer solutions experience is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
