Per lo sviluppo della nostra BU Mobility, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Project Manager che rivestirà un ruolo cruciale nello sviluppo e implementazione dei progetti nel perimetro di ADAS/ADS, assicurando la conformità agli standard internazionali e coltivando relazioni solide con i clienti.
Mansioni
È responsabile tecnico e gestionale di tutte le attività inerenti i clienti, relazionandosi con gli stakeholder interni per garantire il soddisfacimento di tutte le necessità inerenti allo sviluppo delle attività di pertinenza.
È responsabile di gestire attivamente il problem solving inerente i progetti assegnati e di compilare la documentazione correlata ai progetti secondo i requisiti sia interni all’organizzazione che esterni.
Supporta il team nella definizione del piano strategico, al fine di incrementare il portafoglio servizi dei settori di sua competenza in base alle richieste e tendenze di mercato.
Dedica parte del suo tempo all’attività di “Sales Support”:
Collabora, per quanto di propria pertinenza, con la funzione Sales nell’analisi delle richieste Clienti e nella redazione delle offerte;
Gestisce i clienti consolidati a lui assegnati.
Mantiene e sviluppa un’adeguata conoscenza tecnica in ambito Omologazione veicoli e componenti, in particolare per tutto ciò che riguarda il perimetro dei sistemi di assistenza alla guida e i sistemi di guida autonoma.
Effettua e supervisiona in witness, quando necessario, le prove tecniche.
È responsabile, di concerto con il resto del team, dello sviluppo ed emissione delle procedure ed istruzioni operative necessarie per operare.
Requisiti
Laurea in Ingegneria Magistrale, preferibilmente in ambito Automotive o Meccanica.
Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni nell’ambito della validazione e prova degli ADAS
Esperienza minima anche nel perimetro della validazione dei sistemi di sicurezza attiva (EBS, ACC, ALKS, ecc.)
Conoscenza della tecnologia dei sensori connessi ad ADAS/ADS (RADAR, videocamere, LIDAR, ultrasuoni, V2X).
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (minimo livello B2).
Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative, flessibilità, intraprendenza e predisposizione a lavorare in team.
Nice to have
Conoscenza della lingua cinese o tedesca
Capacità di sviluppo, ampliamento e valutazione degli ambienti di prova per ADAS
Capacità di analisi degli standard e dei regolamenti rilevanti e dell’implementazione delle procedure per i sistemi in questione.
Sviluppo degli ambienti di prova per sistemi di guida parzialmente automatizzati.
