Bari Factory - SKF Automotive Business The Quality Assurance Manager reports to the Factory Manager and is part of the factory leadership team. The role is responsible for the factory’s overall quality performance and positions quality as a key driver of transformation, competitiveness, and growth. Key responsibilities

Drive quality performance and customer satisfaction by representing the voice of the customer, managing audits, and supporting sales on quality issues. Maintain and strengthen the quality system by ensuring compliance with processes, products, and regulations. Contribute to industrialization projects from design to production launch, ensuring robust technical choices and successful launches. Manage the extended quality chain, including supplier quality, risk management, and product/process changes. Accelerate continuous improvement by deploying the quality roadmap, leading improvement plans, monitoring KPIs, and supporting SPS certification. Team management

The role directly manages a team of two staff members covering metrology, supplier quality, incoming inspection, and quality assurance. Requirements

Strong leadership and change management skills. An engineering background or equivalent experience in quality, industrial performance, or a technical field. Proven experience in an automotive environment. Knowledge of IATF 16949 and supplier audit frameworks. Familiarity with 5S, Lean management, and continuous improvement methods. The position is based in Bari, Italy. We are committed to providing a fair and inclusive recruitment process. For this position, the starting point of the salary range is a gross annual salary (base salary) of €54.000. The compensation package also includes company performance-related bonuses.
