In this role you will drive supplier quality initiatives within Baker Hughes' Global Supply Chain for the FCSS business. You collaborate with the Global Supplier Quality Leader and cross-functional teams to improve supplier quality, deploy QMS standards, and benchmark practices. You will lead complex supplier-related problem solving and advance automation opportunities. This position offers global exposure, a data-driven environment, and meaningful impact on energy technology projects.

• Lead initiatives with the Global Supplier Quality Leader and teams to drive high-impact improvements
• Prepare scorecard reviews for all production facilities and monthly supplier quality metrics
• Benchmark with other business lines to capture best practices
• Create and deploy QMS standards and drive process automation opportunities
• Coordinate with Regional Supplier Quality Manager to ensure timely execution of development plans
• Manage communication between project teams and suppliers to ensure quality and on-time delivery
• Drive complex supplier-related problem solving activities across sites

Responsabilità

• Project management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Lean and process optimization experience
• Significant experience in raw materials, machined parts, or engineered systems
• Data-driven mindset
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Engineering degree or equivalent working experience (preferred)
• Experience in oil & gas/automotive (preferred)
• Experience with QA/QC tools and techniques (preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Willing to travel up to 50%
• Resilient and able to work under stress
• Results-driven and self-directed
