Trauma-Informed Engagement & Assessment Counselor

Canadian Association of Community Health Centres (CACHC) in Toronto seeks an OSP Engagement and Assessment Counsellor to perform screenings and assessments for clients with complex presentations and provide trauma-informed interventions as needed. The role includes group facilitation, crisis support, client advocacy, and essential documentation. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team is required; some evenings/weekends may be expected. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
