About the Role In particular, we are now looking for a skilled and analytical Asset Integrity Engineer to join our team in Milan. Responsibilities Asset Integrity Management: Develop and implement Asset Integrity Management (AIM) programs Define technical criteria, operational limits, and integrity strategies Evaluate the structural and mechanical integrity of critical components Inspection & Monitoring: Coordinate inspections and non-destructive testing (NDT) activities Analyze monitoring data to identify degradation, anomalies, or risks Support risk-based inspection (RBI) and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) approaches Maintenance & Engineering Support: Collaborate with Operations & Maintenance teams on maintenance strategies Support engineering activities during design, modifications, and upgrades Propose improvements to enhance asset reliability and availability Documentation & Systems: Manage technical documentation related to asset integrity Ensure proper use and update of CMMS/EAM systems Maintain traceability and consistency of integrity-related data Qualifications Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Energy, Materials Engineering, or equivalent Experience in asset-intensive industries such as energy, oil & gas, or process plants Required Skills Strong knowledge of international standards such as API, ASME, NACE, ISO, PED, ATEX Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT) and degradation mechanisms (e.G. corrosion, fatigue) Familiarity with RBI, RCM, and reliability analysis methodologies Proficiency in CMMS/EAM systems and data analysis tools Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, datasheets, and technical drawings Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams High attention to safety, procedures, and operational standards Ability to manage priorities across multiple assets and activities Professional working proficiency in English Pay range and compensation package The role offers a gross annual salary aligned with experience and seniority, in addition to a variable bonus and a structured benefits package.
