About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Technical Sales Manager – Storage & Dispatch

to support customers with technical expertise while driving growth in spare parts, wear parts, professional services, and upgrades. The role focuses on strengthening customer relationships, developing new sales opportunities, and supporting ambitious growth targets across selected cement accounts in the EMEA region.

Your Responsibilities

Provide technical support and expertise for Storage & Dispatch equipment.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

Identify and develop sales opportunities for spare parts, wear parts, services, and upgrades.

Support sales teams and local agents in developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share.

Collaborate with internal teams to maximize sales potential and prepare technical and commercial proposals.

Conduct regular site visits to customer installations.

Complete required reporting and actively participate in internal and external meetings to achieve business targets.

Strengthen partnerships with Sales Managers & local agents to ensure competitive advantage.

You bring

BA degree in Mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering and 5+ years of experience in cement plant operations & services.

Strong technical knowledge of Packing & Dispatch systems.

Solid knowledge of industry & cement process equipment with specific knowledge and working experience on spare parts and services.

Proactive nature with effective communication & presentation skills in English (spoken) and strong problem-solving skills.

Eagerness to travel, 70-80% of time should be spent conducting visits to our customers.

Ideal residential location would be in Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Turkey, Denmark.

Territory of coverage (not limit to) will be selected cement accounts in EMEA Region.

Direct engagement and cement knowledge of these markets within this region as well as other industrial plants is a plus.

This role can be based in several locations. As compensation varies by market, salary ranges differ depending on the selected work location. For example, the annual salary range for a Denmark-based position is DKK 650,000 to DKK 845,000. The applicable salary range for other locations will be communicated transparently during the recruitment process.
