Associate Cost Manager / Commercial Manager - Data Centre
Milan
€100-130k or competitive day rate
FIFO and other benefits

This leading international consultancy is looking for a senior commercial professional to join an ongoing Data Centre construction project in Milan.
The successful applicant will work closely with all senior client and contractor stakeholders and will lead commercial activities on the scheme.
Candidates will ideally have a main contractor background and experience of working on Data Centre construction projects. MEP experience will also be advantageous.
Role Responsibilities
- The candidate will be an integral part of a team that is accountable for the commercial and contractual performance of a project.
- To support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances
- To carry out post contract duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures.
- Comply with established commercial/procurement/ contractual strategies.
- Take responsibility for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards
- Cost Planning and estimating, post contract and procurement duties
Candidate Profile
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction related technical discipline.
- DC experience
- Proven technical / project delivery experience. xdwybme Previously employed by a consultancy, contractor, developer, or client-side organisation
- Stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts
- A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines.
